Install Updates could not fetch the package cache information lists.

This suggests there is a problem with a key which should stored on your system.
Has anything changed recently which may explain this ?
Check to see if the key is present.
Open a terminal by pressing 'Ctrl', 'Alt' and 'T' together.
Type or paste in this command followed by Enter to check if the file exists

file /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/google-chrome.gpg

If the file exists, this command will tell us more about it.
