geting update popup but no updates to install

i have started geting notification that i have 100+ updates lined up but when i go install it it tells me its up to date. Is it just visual bug or am i missing updates ?

When (approx) did you last successfully update ?

It certainly looks like updates are due. To confirm, please open a terminal by pressing Ctrl, Alt and T together.
Then type or paste in this command to make the system check for potential updates.

sudo apt update

Enter your password if asked.

After the update command has run look for a line near the end indicating how many updates are due. It may look like

xxx packages can be upgraded.

Please report back how many packages are listed.

To try to reproduce the problem, can you confirm if you are still on Linux Lite 7.4 and

when i go install it it tells me its up to date

confirm exactly what you do to get this screen.
