| Linux Lite 5.6 won't boot to hard drive |

I posted this once but didn't see it after a few hours. So apologies if it appears twice. I installed Linux Lite 5.6 to a SSD using a newer motherboard system with UEFI and a Ryzen CPU. I was then able to boot from that SSD fine. I then moved the SSD to the target system an old Athlon 64b 3500+ PC. It will not boot to the hard drive. I've also tried a Seagate rotating drive with the same results. The drives are recognized by the BIOS (non secure) but I only see a cursor on the display.
Running from the DVD I can see that the partitions seem to be correct using Gparted. I have attached a txt file of the system HW and a link to a screen shot of the Gparted is here:

Hello Everyone: I installed 5.4 on a Gateway notebook and the keyboard is not the best. I need a on-screen keyboard but have not been able to find a built-in one in 5.4. Where can I find one that I can download and install?
Thanks,
Planorez

| Login loop after recent update - can't access system |

Hi all!
I've been using Linux Lite for a year without any real issues. After a recent update I'm hitting the login loop (back to login screen after entering the password over and over again) and can't access the system. I've tried some of the fixes that were linked to Ubuntu website in this forum but so far none of them did the trick of allowing me past the login screen. Is anyone here available to provide some troubleshooting help? I'm facing some data loss if I have to reinstall so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Kris

Hi everyone,
I can't get the last Lite update to complete.
I can't update my system until I get past this because it wants to install lite-themes first then it fails to install other updates.
I've tried to reinstall, force, and fix without success, as in sudo apt-get install --reinstall lite-autologin lite-desktop lite-info lite-manual lite-software lite-sounds lite-sources lite-themes lite-tweaks lite-upgrade-series5 lite-welcome lite-widget lite-usermanager
sudo dpkg -C
[sudo] password for user:
The following packages are only half configured, probably due to problems
configuring them the first time. The configuration should be retried using
dpkg --configure <package> or the configure menu option in dselect:
lite-themes Lite Themes
The following packages are missing the list control file in the
database, they need to be reinstalled:
lite-autologin Lite Auto Login
lite-desktop Lite Desktop
lite-info Lite Info
lite-sounds Lite Sounds
lite-tweaks Lite Tweaks
lite-upgrade-series5 Lite Upgrade Series 5
lite-welcome Linux Lite Welcome Screen
lite-widget Lite Widget

lite-desktop Lite Desktop
lite-info Lite Info
lite-sounds Lite Sounds
lite-tweaks Lite Tweaks
lite-upgrade-series5 Lite Upgrade Series 5

With apt update i get:
* When I APT upgrade I get this:

Hello
I run Linux lite from 1 year after few years on unbutu
this morning my system crash (frozzen on usb camera mount).
After force a power off by power button, when I restart my computer I can't log in.
The Log screen appair, I put my password (if wrong I have the red message) but when I click 'connect' the system loop on loging screen
How can I repair it ? I try to download the 5.6 version but the only choice I saw is to replace the 5.4 not to repair or upgread it.
How to repair my 5.4 ?
BTW: I can't open the "echec mode" menu to chose it
Thanks a lot for your support
