When I use gnome-disk and click on "Disks Contents Mounted at" (some location), the shortcut opens the Zenity dialog box "Linux Lite Updates." If I right click, it give me the option to copy a shortcut to file:///some/location.

When I click on this shortcut, I'd rather it open the location in Thunar not the linux update dialog.

I have downloaded and install all the latest updates (itbtook about 4 hours, I'va a very slow internet connection).

Everything worked fine for another 2-3 hours then my Firefox browser started flashing on and off as well as the file manager, my Home directory and some popup (or other left click dialogue box with about five entries but I was ubable to read them) and any other program I had open as well as some I did nt ooen.

Absolutely impossible to work with this happeninh. I used the CTRL+ALt+Del4 times to get out of the problem but on getting back into the system the same thing happened again, eacjh time.

Any suggestions, please.

Linux Lite 5.0 is certainly not as easy to use as Windows 10 inspite of all the microsoft issues. I looked at installing upgrading to  lite 5.02 but it really seemed quite daunting so didn't go that route - yet!

Hi everyone,

I am trying to pair a Logitech K380 keyboard but I am not getting a prompt to input a pin number and it fails to pair.

I can connect the keyboard but I need to do that each time I use it so that is not ideal.

The same keyboard works on Mint Mate 20.1 so I don't know why it won't work on Linux Lite.

I am using a USB blue-tooth dongle and have tried other dongles with no change so it seems to be a OS specific issue.

If anyone has any suggestions they would be appreciated.

I need to uninstall linux lite from my hard drive but haven't had any luck so far. It is the only operating system on this HD. I have tried virtually everything but nothing seems to work. Is there anyone that could possibly help me uninstall linux lite from a terminal possibly?  I need in detail directions because I have tried searching but most of the commands do not work in linux lite for some reason. Thanks

Hey, i've just successfully install linux lite on my laptop. But after i restarted and login into the system, it only showing wallpaper and i can't even open anything even terminal, how do i solve this? Thanks

When I try to do updates, I get the following:

I was trying to install Zoho Notebook from a deb file and got the dreaded "there's another installer running" error. I looked up the forum and found a post from FOUR years ago, about the same error on v 3

Why has this not been fixed in V5?
