  Repeat Donor to Donator
Posted by: amigo - 01-09-2021, 08:10 PM - Forum: On Topic - Replies (4)

I just made a donation and I saw the following...

"If you are registered on the Forums too - https://www.868212.xyz/forums/, please let us know so we can update your profile to display Donator."
I have donated several times AND I'm on the forums. So.......

Probably nothing but I am (at 75) easily confused and I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.

Thanks for you patience... and blessings
Amigo

  bluetooth
Posted by: kat - 01-09-2021, 01:17 AM - Forum: Sound - Replies (1)

hi, I am dual booting Windows 10 and Linux-Lite 20.04. On linux, I can't seem to get bluetooth to do anything. I have a bluetooth dongle and wireless headphones that have worked with the dongle in a previous Ubuntu installment before. It seems to be performing fine when I bring up the usbs in the terminal. When I try to run bluetooth, it flashes a little icon but quickly goes off. On Windows 10, I don't have it on. What should I do?

  Update progress bar
Posted by: Swamp Rat - 01-07-2021, 02:28 AM - Forum: Suggestions and Feedback - No Replies

I've been using LL5 for about 4 or 5 months and reeeeeealy have to get nitpicky to find any flaws, but I will suggest one small change.

Whenever I do an update, I get a progress bar indicating, it seems, the percentage of package(s) downloaded at any given time, then while the update(s) are being applied, I get a back and forth moving bar that only, to me, indicates that something is happening. Since a progress bar gives more actual information, having one activated during the installation would be better, in my opinion, than the back and forth moving bar.

Just throwing this out for consideration.

First time I've seen this error - any suggestions?

After attempting an update today a message popped up that said to post the log into the forum

Das hat nicht funktioniert, bitte nochmal probieren.

The only ugly incidence within the installation was that my keyboard layout was destroyed. The character on the right side were  all numbers like for numlog keys. My password was nadja1a and this did work with the keys.

my laptop is sony vaio VPCEA1S1E
